Shipping And Returns

All hats are made to order. We ask for up to 4 weeks to ship your order! We are usually much faster than this, and if you need your hat by a specific date, please email orders@wildasheck.com.

 

All custom orders will require 6+ weeks. 

Exchange your item with us easily!

  • Return link
  • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the exchange request and submit. 
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are exchangeable?(eligible for exchange)  

  • All hats 30 days AFTER DELIVERY. Not the date you place your order, but the date your order is delivered to you
  •  Hats must have original tags and be in original hat box

What items and exceptions are non-exchangeable?  

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Gift cards. 
  • Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 
  • If the purchased product is loss, or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once we receive your original hat back in our warehouse in good condition, the variant item will be sent out to you.

Refund solutions - Please note, we offer EXCHANGE only for hats to get your perfect fit. We do offer store credit should you prefer an alternate style completely.

  • Refund to your shopify store credit.
