Hand drawn illustration that has then been hand applied to the underside of the brim
The pencil brim has a unique slightly rolled edge. In order to maintain this edge, these hats are stiffer and may feel a bit "stiff" on the head in comparison to a traditional rancher.

Sizing and How To Measure
If you know your US hat size, you can easily convert below:
Up to 7 1/8 is size 57 (this includes sizes 6 7/8, 7, 7 1/8)
Up to size 7 1/2 is size 59 (this includes sizes 7 1/8, 7 1/4, 7 3/8, and 7 1/2)
Not sure of your hat size? Here is how to measure:
Take a soft measuring tape (tailors tape) or string. Wrap around your head just above your ears to the center of your forehead. Follow the sizing recommendations based on the cm shown on measuring tape.
Don't forget, there is an internal adjustable band on each hat! Simply flip the hat band over and use the hidden velcro strap to adjust.

Warped Brim
No big deal, it happens! For flat brim, apply heat (iron or steamer) to the TOP side of the brim (never directly on the art), and allow to cool while flat. For curved brims, apply heat (iron or steamer) to the TOP side of the brim, and gently reshape while cooling.
Avoid Water
Avoid getting your hat wet! If it does get wet, lay flat to dry. For curved brims, allow to dry, then apply heat to the top side (iron or steamer- never directly on the art!), and reshape gently
Cleaning
Spot clean only. Use a gentle brush to target stain and brush out. If stain does not remove, use a small amount of warm water and soap and allow to full dry (do a spot test first!)
